We make smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, smoked duck, smoked chicken and lots more in our British Smokehouse.

We smoke our food in small batches for the best results.
Using our imported Norwegian smoking kiln we load racks and smoke and produce everything by hand to our own recipe.
Macneil's products are available on line, at various quality retailers and on menus in restaurants and eateries across the UK.
We supply independant retailers, food halls and farm shops with our products as well as many excellent food establishments.
