We are an artisan small scale producer. We make small batches of smoked products in our professional smokehouse.

Our Techniques.

Using our imported vintage Norwegian smoking kiln we load racks with the highest quality ingredients and smoke to our own recipes.
Our products are made using Norwegian techniques with the finest ingredients and a chef's know-how. Our cure and smoke process is unique and produces the most delicious melt in the mouth food which perfectly balances out any dish.

Our Products

We believe that everything we produce should be the best it can be. We make delicately smoked salmon, duck, chicken and more with delicate nuances that we are extremely proud of. Our beech wood recipes offer an altogether more complex flavour

We've developed an amazing local recipe. We are in the heart of the 3 Counties so we thought it only right that we produce a Herefordshire Cider Cure salmon too.

We have an opportunity to tender for the following:

We are looking to purchase a single lane multi angle salmon slicing machine. 

New, used and reconditioned machines will be considered. Used and reconditioned machines will not be considered if parts are no longer available. 

The successful applicant will be chosen based on the following criteria: The multi angle function, the condition and availability of parts, the location of the machine, the price (which will be considered inclusive of transportation costs) the ability to produce full paperwork and invoicing, the timescale of availability.
