Our large generous bulbs of garlic are smoked with beech wood, giving a delicious aroma and warm smokey colour. Our smoking method leaves the cloves firm and smelling delicious. Store and use as you would normal garlic to add extra depth to your roasts, casseroles, soups or anything else you like!  As an alternative serving suggestion we love cutting the whole bulb in half and pan frying until the garlic softens then you can pop out the cloves and store in oil for long lasting flavour.
