 Sourced from fantastic British Trout Farms,  these fish are hand filleted on the farm before arriving with us to be smoked.   A lightly beech smoked fillet of trout, gently cooked as it smokes so is ready to eat.  This sweet and tender fillet is a great size meal for one or we like to make it go further by flaking it onto a salad or two.  

Each packet has one fillet with an minimum weight of 85g and will provide a serving for 1-2.

This product can be frozen.
