1 x Smoked salmon 200g - Award winning smoked salmon, completely hand produced. Smoked with beech wood for a smoother flavour and superior quality, "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.

1 x Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon 200g - Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in our unique cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with our secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.

1 x Smoked Duck Breast - Smoked with beech wood, and gently cooked by hand this product is cooked and ready to eat while retaining the moisture in the meat.

1 x Hot Kiln Roasted Smoked Salmon 180-200g - We raise the temperature in the kiln as we smoke whole sides of Scottish salmon with beech wood for a gentle and delicious smokey flavour and carefully top them with our own recipe pepper crust.  

1 x Hot Smoked Trout Fillet - A lightly beech smoked fillet of trout, gently cooked as it smokes so is ready to eat.

1 x Smoked Peppered Mackerel Fillet Pair - Smoked with beech wood, and coated in our pepper mix and packaged in pairs by hand.
