1 x MacNeil's Honey and Maple Roast Half Ham Unsliced. Approx weight: 3.5 to 4kg - Half of a whole ham roasted and deliciously moist with a sticky glaze of maple and honey - ready to slice and serve.
1 x MacNeil's Smoked Salmon 1kg whole side sliced - Smoked with beech wood for a smoother flavour and superior quality, "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand, this whole side of smoked salmon is great for sharing or as a smoked salmon gift.
2 x MacNeil's Smoked Peppered Mackerel 180g. Each packet contains a pair of Fillets. - Smoked with beech wood, and coated in our pepper mix and packaged in pairs by hand. Succulent and soft melt in the mouth fillets.
2 x MacNeil's Herefordshire Cide & Apple Cured Salmon 200g - Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in our unique cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with our secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.
All comes in a recycleable woold cool insulated box with ice packs to keep everything beautifully chilled.
The products can be frozen.
