In this Hamper you will find:

2 x Dry Cured Honey Roast Ham 220g - Deliciously moist and roasted with a sticky glaze of maple and honey, ready to serve. Traditional ham just how it should be.  

2 x Dry Cured Beech Smoked Bacon 160g - Dry cured and gently beech smoked to create this fantastic bacon. Packs are a mixture of streaky and back and are ready to cook.

1 x Smoked Salmon 200g - Smoked with beech wood for a smoother flavour and superior quality, "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.

1 x Smoked Garlic Bulb - Our large generous bulbs of garlic are smoked with beech wood giving a delicious aroma and warm smokey colour.

1 x Natural Smoked Undyed Haddock Fillet 250g - This deliciously delicate fish has been naurally smoked with beech wood and is ready to cook however you like.

1 x Smoked Mackerel Pair - Smoked with beech wood and coated in our pepper mix and packaged in pairs by hand, succulent and soft melt in the mouth fillets.

2 x Smoked Chicken Breast - Moist unsliced breast, soft and succulent. This beautifully soft chicken breast is full of moisture and adds a complexity of flavour to any meal.

All these products except the garlic can be frozen.
