One pack of award winning smoked salmon, completely hand produced. Smoked with beech wood for a smoother flavour and superior quality, "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand. Our responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance. Perfect for starters, canapes, sandwiches or on it's own. 200g will provide four generous and delicious servings.

And one pack of award winning Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon is our take on gravalax. This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced. Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in our unique cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with our secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand. Our responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance. The sweet and salty flavour makes this the perfect starter, canape or sandwich filling.

Each 200g will provide four generous and delicious servings.
